Cancellation Policy

Mount Up Designs LLC – Service Policy Effective Date: 01-01-2025 1. Scheduling & Appointments All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email. A confirmation will be sent once the appointment is booked. We ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 2. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, and other approved financing options. Deposits may be required for larger projects or custom services. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds on completed services. If there is a concern with your installation, please contact us within 72 hours. 4. Service Area We currently serve Concord, Charlotte, and surrounding areas in North and South Carolina. Additional travel fees may apply for service requests outside our regular coverage zone. 5. Warranty & Liability We offer a 30-day workmanship warranty on all installations. Mount Up Designs LLC is not liable for damages to walls, equipment, or electrical systems caused by pre-existing conditions or customer-provided materials. 6. Customer Responsibilities Ensure the work area is clean and accessible. Provide accurate details about wall types, TV sizes, or electrical setups when booking. Be present during the service window unless otherwise arranged. 7. Training & Courses All training sessions must be paid in advance and are non-refundable once access or participation has begun. Rescheduling must be done with at least 48 hours' notice.
